Okay...

I had a picture on my profile, and I wanted to change it.

According to my profile, I have a picture, but it doesn't show up when I post a message.

What'd I do wrong? Any ideas or suggestions??

Your Profile pic shows up when you click on your profile. What you want is an avatar pic. Go to your user control panel and upload a pic for your avatar. It can be the same pic, but the maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).
