scroll up to the top right of your screen, click on USER/CP and then on the left column it says EDIT PROFILE PICTURE...

or are you talking about an avatar? (the picture that shows up in the left of all of your posts under your name) if that is what you mean do the same thing...

1: User/CP in the top right corner
2: Edit Avatar

I added a profile pic but it does not show with my name :( What might the problem be?

Your profile pic is a different pic than your avatar. Go to your user control panel and select edit avatar on the left.
