On my IPhone, general settings, bottom of page in the apps area. The app developer is working on a fix for this.

I had the same problem, went into iphone and removed jk forum from notification center then double tap the home button until hidden row of apps appeared and then held down the home button until all of that hidden row of apps danced and deleted them all( this lower row is all of the apps that are currently running, by deleting them off of this row they are turned off-not deleted from iphone). After that, no more notifications from jk forum app! Yay
