How do I reduce the file size on my pics? Wes

Making them smaller helps. A good size is about 700 pix wide and/or saving them at a lower resolution.

Microsoft has a "power toy" (I think that is what they call it) for re-sizing pics... I just installed it on my laptop at home, it is very simple and easy. Search "Photo-resizer" on the microsoft site, download and install

One it is installed, just right-click on any pic, and allong with the usual options there will be "resize picture" Pick that, pick pic size, and your done

adobe photoshop elements will do this also, as will a lot of other products
