SEARCH SYSTEM and so many pages
Does the search just search in the thread... or the entire site?
I started in a thread which has well over 700 pages... opening maybe one section per page... After several hours I am at page 80. Seems that life would be simple if pages were eliminated... just a very long page where we page down... instead of having to wait for a reload on the next page.

When you're in the thread the "Search Thread" searches within the thread.
In the settings section (hold mouse over your forum name and click settings), you can change the "posts per page" under the General Settings side tab. Mine is set to the highest, which is 40.
