Social Group Start-up?

We are a thread group in the East Coast Staging area and were wondering how to start a Social Group on the forum, any help would be great.

I'm following your instructions but I don't get the CreateSocial Group line. maybe I have to have a higher rating?(I'm a Newbie)

I am also a newbie but I see the CREATE NEW GROUP line.

no create new group

Sorry but there is only a list of existing groups, and a group search feature.
