Suggest making FAQ prominant

Hello: it seems like many new members are not reading the FAQ thread in Sticky section. While using a browser that section is visible, but in the app it is not too noticeable. Suggest it should be it's own section under Forum section in bold type and the first in the list. Redundant yes, but visible.
