Is there any way to remove the pop-up when you move you mouse over the Thread title?

I don't care for this feature...

Really? I love this feature! Some people don't do the best job of appropriate titling and I find this helps me figure out if I really want to read the thread...

I can see how it would be cool for some people. But it just keeps popping up over the text I am trying to read all the time.

But I don't like POP-UP's for anything on my PC. I removed it from XP and Vista.. It's just personal preference for me...
