When do you move up from a newbie
Yup, it changes around 100 posts or so, but i honestly dont know the numbers because i think the whole post rating thing is somewhat silly. people get all bent about titles and post counts & i really dont get why. People have tried to explain why to me but i just dont understand why it matters so much to some. Its just some arbitrary number & title that could easily be wiped out and means basically squat. I've been a member of the forum since just after it started & the software has undergone a ton of changes since, when the post in A&E no longer counted for post count i lost thousands of posts, somewhere's around 4000 IIRC. If that had happened to some people they would have had an anuerism and jumped off the deep end screaming and ranting about conspiracies and what-not. When all that really happened is some programmer decided to do something a little different and whala, zero post count in A&E. Oh well. I couldnt care less. It just makes me laugh a little when people turn it into an issue.
eventually you get to be a post ho.... Err i mean moderator...

oh, and welcome to all the newbies. the numbers game means nothing really, because everyone was a newbie to the forum at some point. the term newbie has nothing at all to do with anything other than post count on an internet forum. not # of jeeps owned, not years of wheeling experience, not size of your rig or any other parts... just plain old post count, that's it. that's all.
