Someone could have put the two threads together. Sometimes this will happen if there is two or more threads on the same issue.

Thats very confusing to the person who starts a thread.
at least if there is a message that will be sent to him or her telling them to follow this other link.

I know it makes it easier for readers and also for searching results.
