I've seen similar posts on this. All shift and TC linkage removed, bellhousig bolts, driveshafts, starter left in place.

Transmission does not come out completely, but it is out 1.5". Does starter need to come out, it doesn't look like it?


Original problem: Tranny was stuck in gear, replaced slave cylinder. This a 4 cylinder, AX 15, 2002.

any help appreciated very much.
