I am itching to get out on the trail now and these are two trails I would love to hit this wheeling season.

I would prefer to do wheeler lake as holy cross (from what i can tell) tends to get backed up on the weekends at french creek and wheeler is supposed to have good scenary.

Sooo....who wants to do either of these trails with me this saturday? I want to get on the road heading out that way from littleton around 7:00am due to the time to drive that far.

jumped on today and was looking to see if the trail was open (clear of snow) yet. A couple of us (my stock 08 rubi, a 01 tj with 33's and a 10 4 door jk w/37's) are meeting up in morrison around 9 and heading up there tomorrow. don't know if you have a cb, but we usually run either 16 or 7.

 

My CB has been removed for the time being so I am out on that one!

I have one other guy meeting up with me at kipling and C470 at 7:30. I have never been to this trail, do you think I can get to meet up with you if I leave littleton area around 8:00? I would love to meet up with you guys!

This trail has been on my "to-do" list for some time now.

 

i imagine you will be a little ways ahead of us if you leave then. If you take off from kipling and 470 at 7:30, you might be a full hour ahead of us. Not only that, but we'll have our 4 month old with us, and he has a tendency to slow things down sometimes. Either way, I am sure that we will see you up there, and hopefully the fish will be biting up there! What are you bringing up?

I really hope to see you there, I am going to shoot you my cell phone number. It takes me a while to get down the hwy with my two kids as my daughter gets car sick on curvy roads (i.e. 285) so i will be moving slowly...not to mention the 3.8 sucks big time
