Yes stock lighting can do it. Its a very tame trail. I just like it cause its close to mesa and you basically cant get lost in there. There are a number of entrances and exits. You do need to get a free permit from the rangers station to get the combinations for the locks. But that being said its ver tame just a enjoyable night ride.

I will see if I can stop by the ranger station since its right by my work tomorrow and see if I can add people to my permit or if you all need to get your own. But hell its free. Just the time and hassle of going there unless you work at boeing and drive by it everyday like I do haha

This is the link to the trail http://www.fs.fed.us/r3/tonto/recrea...yonOHVArea.pdf and when you get your permit its good for 6 months and theres a bunch of different trails besides the FR10 and FR3554.

Hey Steve, anyone going on this trail will need to get their own (free) permit at the Ranger Station.
They are only open Monday - Friday.
The address is located on Steves link, it is near the intersection of Higley & McKellips on the South West corner, in East Mesa.
I have run it twice, but only in daylight, usually the night runs in Bulldog are done under the Full Moon to give you some kind of bearing on where you are at.....yet a dark Bulldog Run would make it very interesting!
