Default Anyone up for Rice Peak or Chimney Rock on the 18th?

Hey guys,

I would love to do the gap but can't do Saturdays due to work. Is anyone up for Rice Peak or Chimney Rock this Sunday?

Hey J,

If going to Chimney Rock are you planning on doing the whole trail or are you going the back way to the playground?

Everyone knows I'm up for getting dirty anytime

The playground is a lot of fun, if you're looking for more serious wheeling, I wouldn't recommend rice peak, a couple of us did it a couple weeks ago and it was a little disappointing...

Either sounds good to me, just want to try out the new lift!

If there is a better trail, name it!

I'd also recommend Chivo Falls, just throwing it out there...

I think we may do the back (fast) way to Chimney Rock, but Chiva is always a good time...

the forrest service is doing a burn on redington pass. I don't know if that will affect chimney rock or chiva? You guys know those two trails and I haven't done either. Should we meet at the circle k on tanque verde around 900am? Either trail sounds good to me.

I hope the controlled burn doesn't keep us out? I'm starting to think Chiva, you'll be able to give your new lift a great workout. James (rockwraith) called me this morning and said if he gets all his "Honey-Do's" done Saturday he'll be up for it Sunday.

I'll bust his B@lls and see if I can get him to go as well.

James if you're reading this, get back to work so you can make this one.

I'm going to see if I can get my buddy Rick to go also, he's a TJ guy but we don't hold that against him. It's actually a really nice Jeep.
