Hey guys,

I know that Ive only met a couple of you(James and Mitchell) but I just thought I would throw this out there anyways. I'm going to Sedona with a few friends for some wheeling and camping on Wednesday and am in need of a rear tire mounted bike rack. Ill be in PHX on Wed and in Sedona on Thursday and Friday and back to PHX on Friday. Ill be there until Tuesday most likely and then back to Tucson. It sounds crazy to ask a bunch of strangers to borrow a rack but it would be greatly appreciated. Can anyone help me out here?

No one with a bike rack?

 

I just thought I'd share a story...

So I couldn't find a bike rack at all but I had seen this guy down my street with a 2dr jk rubicon with a thule bike rack on the back of it. I went to talk to him, just to let him know about all of us tucson guys who wheel and to ask about his bike rack. He wasn't there so I left him a note(yea a little creepy, but I really needed a bike rack) He called me later that night saying that I could borrow it whenever I wanted to and that it wasn't a problem and sounded interested in wheeling with us. Remember, I had never met the guy ever and he was willing to let me take his bike rack whenever I wanted.

It's a Jeep thing, you wouldn't understand....

Just saying thanks to all those guys that are willing to help a fellow STRANGER jeeper out, thanks...

 

I have an old trunk rack that you might be able to rig over the tire if you haven't got one yet

Thanks, I was actually able to rig up one designed for cars over the back tire and it worked pretty well, even did some good wheeling with the bike on the back...

We went last week and it was a blast, thanks for the offer though...
