Condo up for grabs
We (myself and Big A) have the Cottonwood Cottage booked for Saturday Apr 4 - Thursday Apr 9th.
Total cost including tax comes out to roughly 1500. It is a 2bd/1bth, and one of the bedrooms has 2 beds - so we're looking at finding a 3rd person to help split the cost 3 way - that way its about $100/per person/per night -- not too bad at all. The place also has a sleeper sofa if one would be more comfortable in that.
Anyone interested, please PM me. We would prefer someone from the mid-west that way we could also potentially caravan.

I replied - we also have 1 other person who has expressed interest, but we have no locked in 3rd person as of yet. We could possibly take a 4th as well, as one of the rooms has 2 beds - so theres a master bed, second bedroom with 2 beds, and a sleeper sofa. and theres always floor space as well.
So those of you who are thinking of getting in on the party pallace, let me know soon - we'll need to have payments and reservations all figured out by the end of jan! The condo place will split it for us, so should be no problems.

As for the funds, We will work that out next month. I have the place secured with my credit card.
jack mentioned that we have another person lined up to make the split 4 ways... I can handle that!

Awesome! I had one other person express interest, but have not received confirmation. We'll get all the details worked out at the beginning of Feb, as Big A said, but consider yourserlf reserved!
Also, regarding the trails, they haven't released the signup form/paper yet - so as soon as we get them, we can collaborate on what trails we're doing.
