Default looking for mud in the denver area

Hey i am new to the whole 4x4 thing i have done a few trails around denver colorado but have yet to find a area where i can just get my jeep covered any advice would be awsome i have a stock 09 rubi 2dr and not alot of skills yet so i cant get to any area 2 insane thanks for yall's input

Many people say that C.O.R.E. is the only place you can (legally) get in real deep mud in Colorado,

Other than that, there's a "mud loop" near Fort Collins consisting of a few trails joined together. Here's a link to the start,

Never been on that trail. Don't like mud.

get er good and covered in mud once....... clean her off. then tell us how much fun it is. I like the once every 9-12 months mud run gives me time to get it all out afterwards.

Spring time storms bring lots of great mud. This past spring there were building a road down here in Castle Rock, and I found myself doing some storm spotting on that road one day. Couldn't help myself, it was some great fun. Wish I could have gotten some good pictures. When you get mud on the underside of your hood, you know you had fun.
