Default Ouray,CO Jeep Jam 9-17/20

If anyone is going to be in Ouray for the Jeep Jamboree, be at the Outlaw bar for food and drink about 7PM Friday night. I will see you there...

I am only a 2 hours from Ouray. Wasn't aware of what's going on. Do you have more info, need to take the family camping anyway so this would be awesome.

x2 unless you like schedules, crowds and spending way too much $$$

A lot cheaper way to go and run at your own pace is to pick up the popular guide book by Charles Wells and you're good to go. Except for Pougkeepsie Gulch, all the trails are very doable in a stock height Liberty with skids and good A/T tires, including the infamous Black Bear Pass. The locals have over rated the trails, they are not that difficult.

Normally I would not wheel alone, however the trails in the San Juan's are heavily traveled. If you should have a problem, someone will be by that can lend you a hand if needed.

Have fun either way you go. I'll be up there Sep 4~11

I guess I am with you guys, what do I get for that much $$$$. It sounds really fun but wow that is alot of $$$$ for a few meals.
What all is involved with this? Does anyone know? There has to be more than a few trails and meals.
