Can't Wait!!!
Ok Phoenix we are heading to the Coves!......also called, Butcher Jones, or the Rolls OHV area.
The Coves are located just North of Saguaro Lake, on Bush Hwy near East Mesa.
The Coves area is just a large playground for Jeeps with lots of hills and sandy washes to cruise up & down.
If you are New to 4 wheeling you will have a great time on this trip learning to drive your JK.
Each Cove will lead us to the lake for some spectacular scenery and picture spots, so bring your cameras, and pack a lunch and get ready for some fun!
Meeting place and time will be the Bashas' grocery store located on the corner of Brown & Ellsworth Rd. in East Mesa at 9:30 am.
You can take any Frwy to the Red Mtn. 202 and exit the Brown Rd. exit and head East to Ellsworth.
If you have a CB or FMRS radio bring it with you!
So post up if your joining us, and we will add you to the list!

Ok guys thanks for encouragement
Where can I get worthwhile straps prior to trail day and what brand do you recommend and what weight rating.
Got no communication other than mobile phone. Gonna have to hold off until later on CB etc.
I will PM you my mobile # so you can contact me that day or whenever with any additional info I might need.

Count me in! Its about time I was able to hook up with the JK Forum guys. Its easier for anybody on the Northern side to just take Shea out there. So, I'll meet you there. Do you air down just inside the gate across the cattle guard after going through the parking lot?
Or, if you want to change the meet up to Shea/Beeline where the two directions meet? In the past we have always met at the Baja gas station across from the casino on the East side of Beeline, North of Shea. NOT hijacking your run, just an idea I thought I would throw out.
