Thanks for the finished pic. The combo you put together is almost exactly what I want to go with on mine. I like the look of the stock rims, and your choice of size with the Nitto's and the 2.5 lift is a great look.

I was rubbing by the slightest amount, I didn't fully remove the plastic (for now), I just cut off the ends at the first vertical bend in from the outside, bout 6" in and it actually looks pretty good, like it should have been narrower from the factory. If interested I will send you a pic.

More to come, but will give initial thoughts..
Install.. went more or less by the books. the thread on here https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/show...5”-Spring-Lift is a must. you almost don't need teh instructions. (almost). Instruction say inside for the swaybar links, I installed like stock, which was outside. the shocks interfere if you do them inside. Front Passenger side was the hardest. put the spring in then installed teh bumpstop.. not too difficult. Had a little wobble, but then got teh new tires and alignment and everything rides great. Nitto has done one heck of a job on the tires. I don't really notice a change in noise except when you go between 0-5 mph, you hear the nubs. and over 65 you get some wind, but this is being picky. the ride quality is smoother on the road, but bumps are pretty stiff. oh and the jeep seems quieter for whatever reason. Install took about 7 hrs with the help of fawkes. I did have to pull off the plastic piece under teh bumper as I hit it at full turn. can't decide if I want to trim or just leave off..? Gonna take it up near Vail this weekend and see what I think, nothing too extreme though with the 6 mo old in the back so i will post more pics than this. let me know what you think....

It might have been cheaper for you though to actually hire a shop to do the install after all the money you spent to do this yourself. Either way
on getting it done.

2.5" Teraflex Coil/Shock lift - FREE
295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers (34.5" x 11.5" I thought the smaller size would cut some weight, help with snow/wet driving and also help with the spare issue)
1.5" Spidertrax spacers (I can't afford new wheels, but really wish I wasn't wasting money on spacers)
MBRP Spare Relocation Bracket (I deffinately can't afford a new bumper/tire carrier for a while, is this a bad idea???? any thoughts?)
MBRP tailgate strengthening kit (do i need this)
New Bumpstops
All these items plus the tools came to $2500? ouch

I'd be curious to see if others have done this for anything less? I actually came out ahead $900 as I won the kit and saved an additional $500.
Make sense?
Trail Grapplers so far are pretty amazing. I"ve only got about 50 miles on them, but I would say they are pretty darn quiet. I get the standard growl from 0-5 mph, but at standard speeds they are no different than the stock Duellers that were on it. at 65 mph and over I get some wind noise, but nothing, i mean nothing, like some other tires I've heard. Will be taking it up to Vail, Co this weekend and will hopefully get the tires dirty. (its an anniversary, so I have to be careful). but I'll post more after the weekend on the tires. oh, and they look sick.
P.S. Dubb, where in Denver? I have a pretty good assortment of tools, would be willing to loan if ur a stand up guy about it...but you still can't go wrong buying tools. Somtimes I buy duplicates just b/c it's a good deal!
