this fall before the snow overtakes everything....Just a few weeks until I have some more armor and I'm ready.keep an eye out for a thread on it...Plus I'm joensin to do a few more scenic runs before the leaves get knocked off in the high country...so next weekend maybe we can get something going?

A-Squared,
If you're up for a drive then Taylor Pass just south of Aspen and west of Buena Vista is a great trail for wheelin and aspen viewing. It's about a 3.5 to 4 hour drive but it's worth it.
Some more trails around the 3.5 hour mark are Tin Cup pass, Handcock Pass, Tomichi Pass, Grizzly Lake, Iron Chest and Mt. Antero. All great trails just outside of Buena Vista.
Another option would be to finally get out and do those Keystone trails we missed last week. Santa Fe Peak, Radical Hill and The Swans are all great trails with awesome views.

I'm in, but cant go till next weekend.
Any of the trails mentioned have a difficult section? I need to flex it out ya know? Need a bit of a challenge on top of the scenery I guess...But like I said I'm in after this weekend.

I'm thinking scenery should be a priority this time of year so the trails near aspen/Leadville sound perfect! I'd love a playground or two though...especially if ur spotting!
How bout we do aspen Leadville trails next weekend...then hit holy cross on the next adventure (if ur spotting
) and save chinamans for later since it'll be snow free longer...
What do you think of ...Halfmoon creek?

What's the team think of that plan???
