Just saw on CO DOT site that there is construction on US 550 at Red Mountain Pass. Said it will be closed all night on two occasions and you may be held up for up to 20 minutes at a time while they work on the road. Any one been through there lately?

I will be arriving in Ouray on Saturday and will have to pass through this point numerous times over the following days to get to different trail heads...

 

The sign on Sunday stated it would be closed from 8pm-6am on the two dates. I don't remember the dates. You should be fine for jeeping.
