UTAH JKs
Just wondering if any of you local JK'ers have a favorite detailer you use or can recommend a good one. I usually try and clean the jeep myself after all my runs but after a year & a half without a professional cleaning I think I can finally use one. Especially after coming home from Strawberry Lake over the weekend, I've just finished spending 2 hours cleaning it inside & out and it's still dirty. I think I can finally use a professional.

Drove up Butterfield Canyon to the mine overlook... I was really worried they were never going to open it up. I got the dreaded "HOT OIL" warning while driving up the paved winding road, once on the dirt and in 4 wheel drive, it went away. It scared my wife pretty bad and she started crying, so there aren't many shots... she just wanted to go home. (Ordered a tranny cooling kit to instal to eliminate this problem.)
Anyway, here are some pics...

thats a cool area. where is that road and what are the road conditions like? is it a 4x4 trail or just a simple dirt road?
Take Baccus road (U111) to the wild horse reserve, theres usually a guy selling jerky. Its just south of the main mine entrance.
Get yourself a B&M tranny cooler, that will keep your JK happy. I took Butterfield to Tooele last saturday when I went to the event at Millers Raceway. I wasn't very nice to the skinny pedal, not once did I have any overheating issues. 2wd is all that you need on that road this time of year. Now going down the Tooele side,
can be a fun, very fast, drift the JK around the corners time.
