Default Looking to Regear

I live in Logan and am wanting to regear. Does anyone have any recommendations for a shop that they've used, and how much should I expect it to cost? I was thinking it would be just over $1K but I got a quote from a shop in Ogden and it was $2100 parts and labor. Not sure if that's about right or not.
Thanks

I'm no help, but just a call out to Logan, UT! I opened the North side Walgreens there in 2009 :-) I miss that place!

That sucks mine too Jeep says it is not a safety issue so they would fix with out warranty. If it is your clockspring would you please go to the US DOT NHTSA and post a complaint. It might help those of us out of warrany to get ours repaired by Jeep.
Good Luck!

How can an airbag warning light not be safety related? If it's not covered under warranty, I might learn how to do it myself. Between the two of us, I'm sure we can get ours fixed.

Either way it's not a cheap part. I've had to replace mine due to moisture and had TeraFlex do it for me.
