UTAH JKs
I just called Teraflex and got a quote of $1900 parts and labor or if I supply the parts, 10 hrs labor at almost $90/hr so pretty close to $900 just for labor.
This still seems very high considering I just called Dave at Northridge4x4 and the parts are $550 and they install parts and labor for $999.99. I will do some more shopping around but the regear may wait until I make a road trip up north.
Has anyone had a regear done in UT for closer to $1,000?

That much? Wow! I don't get why it is so much around here. Reading a lot on the forum, it seems like most people pay 800-1000. 1900 still seems way to high. You could try rollover motor sports (heard good things about them) or Moab outfitters (they built my jeep). Maybe one of those two might have a better cost.
Thanks for the tips, I'll look into those places. My wife's family lives in Montana so maybe I can find somewhere cheaper between here and there and I can just make an over night stop on one of our trips to visit. I hope that Northridge4X4 doesn't read this and decide to increase their prices just because other are charging more
Ya, I was surprised too.

I'd love to go but after my daughter's appointment I have now been roped into helping someone move, grrr. I'll keep tabs on here just in case though. How late do y'all think you'd still be up there?
