This iPod is brand new. It has never been turned on. BUT, it is the iPod only. No cables. No headphones. If you own any other iPod or iPhone, this won't be a problem because you have everything you need. If this would be your first iPod (and you don't have an iPhone), this probably isn't the unit for you.

I'm selling this for $39 less than a new one from Apple because I just don't need another damn iPod. Like I said, if you don't need the cables, it's a bargain.
