Default almost here

I'll pack some condiments and chips for the trail saturday. There's a decent little pizza place (decent for the Baldwin area anyway) that I like to go to when I'm in the area so I'll probably do that one of the two nights for dinner. If anyone is interested the more the merrier, not sure on the hours.

Any advice for the total newbie on what to pack as far as the jeep/trail go for equipment/tools? I'd imagine there will be enough of us that someone will have most things covered, but it helps to be prepared.

When and where is the meeting point for Saturday? Temps are looking a little to cold for my tent camping blood. I'll meet up with y'all Saturday morning. Was on tap for a gas grill, what else do we need for food related goods?

The meeting place ? HMM I think the campgrounds would be best. I think we are gonna want to head out around 8 - 9. as far a s the trail lunch we are gonna need an acurate headcount to organize a trail picnic, or we could all pack a trail picnic for our passengers and just break and picnic together. What do you guys think? that would be easier, especially if it happens to be raining. everyone post up with a yes or no and we will take it from there. warped guy why dont you ride up with us on friday morning?

I think it would be easier for everyone to bring their own lunches for logistical reasons... but I'm up for either! I would be riding up with all of you but I'm stuck working until 5 Friday.

I would say a everyone fend for themselves picnic, due to who knows who is bringing who/what...and the pickyness of a 6 and 8 year old.

Default I'm in for sure

I'll be in the area Fri 7-8PM and all day Saturday. Are there any group plans for Fri night?
Bringing food for your selves is probably the best bet. Having a picnic together along the way is most important and I'm sure there will be enough chow for a few that didn't bring any.
