Don't count on my Grill now.

My daughter came home with a fever. Depending on what she has, it may cancel my weekend since my wife is busy Saturday and I'd have to stay with sick kids. You'd all be safer to plan not to have it for the trail lunch.

I will know tomorrow evening if I am coming or not and will post up unless someone wants me to call them.

I have a Brinkman smoker that converts to a grill.
I'll see if I can dig it out. Don't count on it, though. It's been years since I had it all together. It's buried in the pit I call a garage.
(I regularly just use my plain old gas grill.)
If worse comes to worst, I can bring a Coleman stove.

I have a wife and daughter that were sick all week.
Daughter is OK now, but my wife's fever came back yesterday.
I'm a cold-hearted bastard, so if need be, she will convalesce in the cabin.
I caught a cold last weekend while deer hunting. I'm still fighting with the head/chest congestion.
My other daughter has a cold, too.
My son is too damned ornery for the virii to piss with.

OK, got the grill portion of the Brinkman together.
Now to see how much LP I have on hand.

I wouldn't be surprised if the LP tanker explosion today caused a temporary price gouge, errrr, spike locally.

Ok.... Fever went away with no medicine, so looks like we've got a good chance of being there. It's amazing how a kid goes from death bed to bouncing off the walls.......
