I really haven't seen anything negative posted on the dealerships in Lisle and North Aurora. If you had to choose one, which one would it be? I'm equidistant to both locations. Just want a solid service Dept for future recalls and service.

 

which ever you end up choosing.. make sure they are mod friendly. or else it will screw you in the long run.

 

Don't know about mod friendly but the Naperville Jeep did fix probelms before others on here were getting help. I'm not sure about the one on Ogden near Lisle/Downers as it is new.

 

Head to River Front Jeep Dodge in Aurora Auto mall off of Ogden Ave. Look it up and talk to Mike in service department he will make sure you get taken care of if you have warranty work that needs to get done. If you guys need any parts that are not able to get covered under warranty let me know also because I have a good friend in parts... I get discounts SHHHHH

X2 I have bought my JK there and my wife's pos nitro there. Been in a few times for service and never had any issues. Well, on second thought I did have one issue. I dropped it off to have them fix a wheel speed sensor and they made me pull it in because it was too tall for the chick that was going to pull it into service bay. As long as they can charge Chrysler for the work they will warranty it.
