On Monday, I popped into Appletree on the way out of town. (the shop with the $15 flags caddy corner from the Silver Lake ORV parking lot - the lot was COMPLETELY empty on Monday)
I wanted to see if they had any decent bargains.
Not too much exciting, but I did pick up a hookless 10K recovery strap. Maybe next time we can use it to roll somebody across a mud hole, since Shoup's chain caused such a stir and resulted in two closed threads.

For what its worth since I have had my jeep for 2 years I have lots of extra recovery gear that I have with me in case you need to be creative and the guys you are with are like me when I was a noobie when I didnt know what you really needed.
