Most, if not all of the Columbus brethren will be heading home Saturday night. If there is a group up for wheeling Sunday i might be up for it. I'll post up if we decide to make it a weekend thing.

And welcome!!

Thanks and please do. The weather is supposed to be decent and I'd love to wheel a little.

Good to hear. Thanks for the welcome. Trying to build a practical yet effective overland rig. So any advice on racks, tents, and other misc items would be appreciated. Any good 4x4 shops around other than trails west?

Expedition Portal is the best for all things overland. That said you can join the Overland group here on JKF, search for the "Expedition Modded Jeeps" thread here and take a real hard look at what your needs are. Typically, overland is about taking a minimalist approach to maximize the experience. I am building a hybrid rig (not alternative fuel) for wheeling and overland. Part of my decision was to get a trailer so the jeep could be a little more trail ready.
