I think he means New Castle Ohio. I lived in Apple Valley for about 2 years and remember seeing signs for it. And since my wife is from the New Castle PA area, it stuck. What events take place in New Castle? I know there is a Jamboree at Person Park. Is there anything else?

Bellefontaine here. Actually West Mansfield, but no one knows where that is. I just came back from wheelin outside of Marietta, had a blast.
