I did make it to Manistee National Forest on Wednesday.

The first picture shows the trail map.

The second picture is where I pulled over to air down shortly after the trail head.

The third picture is one of the four deer we saw. This one was quite curious about us. One of the deer we saw still had his spots.

The final picture shows the trail markings they use. Pretty well marked.

WARNING: It is almost 7 minutes long and not too exciting.

It was a good vacation, the first one in 24 years of marriage that was just our immediate household. I think everyone enjoyed the dunes more than the trail ride. The dunes was more of a thrill ride and the trail ride was dampened a bit by light rain and no vista views.
