Cody, are you going to do the re-gearing yourself?
I am looking at re-gearing, sleaving, etc around the same time and am tempted to do it myself.
I put lockers and gears in my old TJ and my brothers YJ and had no issues.
I am just a bit hesitant about the electrical connections to these lockers, I have not gotten inside to see what it takes to disconnect and reconnect them...

It has changed a little since i saw it last cody. Looks great w/ the pits. I bet those things are heavy as hell. I know exactly what you mean about actual height on the km2s. I knew the 37s where coming sooner than later. Just wait until you regear. You will love it.

It doesn't look too bad for a daily driver!

i am not going to do the regear myself the sleeves i most likely will. a friend of mine has a shop and the correct tools and knowlege on gears and he will do it. i will strip it down and sleeve it then he can set the gears up for me. or if he is to busy i will go see matt up in fortwayne. gears is one thing i have never done or want to mess with.

thanks man,

as far as a daily driver i find it still drives very well but i can't ditch the b52 bomber that keeps following me around.

i know i need the gears soon but i am so busy this time of the year. if it isn't money then its time thats in the way. when are you getting out again? if you don't have plans sunday you should come down to the badlands and show me how the pine tree hill is done.

We're working on a sitter for Sunday right now, so we may just make it up there.

I would love to...believe me. I need to take the jeep in for a check up. I think my wheel bearing is shot. I have no idea how that happened. I can't wait to show or watch you do that section.
