I believe a club in that are has been using this property to wheel for quite some time. I think this will turn into an OSTC deal and once the demand is there, there will be many outings and such.

I am going to check it out soon. I am also going to hit Twisted Trails in Copemish this spring/summer. My folks have a place in Baldwin on a small lake, good fishing, beach with fire pit, and enough room for extra company. They are always happy to invite people in for a weekend; they have a couple of extra bedrooms, or room on the floor for cots, or air mattresses. There is also room to pitch a few tents, or travel trailers in the back. It is within 70 miles of Rocks and Valleys, and Twisted Trails.

I will post up when I am going to be up there, and if anyone wants to join you’re more than welcome too… We can wheel during the day; and fish or just shoot the bull around the campfire at night.

WOW! SteelMastiff!--that is about the most generous offer I have ever heard. This type of comraderie is precisely why I will always be part of the Jeep community. You are very gracious, and I hope that a group could get together sometime at the cabin. I think we could all take a lesson from this gesture. THANK YOU!

Is there anything else you guys think you might want to know? (Yes, I know, take a camera.)

I couldn't agree more. Just wait until something goes wrong and see how everyone jumps in and lends a hand in any way possible. Good stuff!

My buddy just bought a TJ unlimited under a salvage title. He got it fixed up and should be titled this week or next. We are planing on going to Rock and Valleys for the first trip.

The date will be June 6th and also possibly the 7th. Anyone interested in joining?
