Your opinion?

 

I have bought cars there plus my Sahara 4 door JK, service department can't be beat never any issues. Two sales people (Jim or Tim) either one is good. I have been doing business with them 6 years.

 

I have heard the service dept is scammers.. For a good deal i would check with brookfield in watervilet and ask for matt tell him shaun sent u the whole crew is really friendly and gave me a great deal when traded my wifes grand prix. gave us 2000 more than siemans offered. This dealership is locally owned so they really take care of u. Also mod friendly. A family member of mine went to siemans for a electrical issue in dodge journey to three visits to get fixed correctly at siemans.

 

Service department might be an issue out of warranty which I haven't had any work done out of warranty. I did take my JK in at 20,000 miles when I notice paint bubbles starting on the door hinges and they replaced them all, paint to match, loaner car, all free with no questions.

Guess I will have to pay attention once my warranty runs out. Thanks
