Default Trying to tune a CB

I installed my CB this past Sat. while everyone else was playing at the Badlands, but now I need to tune it. If anyone knows of a location to tune a CB that's fairly close to the southern Indianapolis area I would be very grateful.

Good idea to tune.
I took my $10 craigslist bargain to the trail, only to find out it didn't transmit.
I could hear the gang fine, but nothing back to them.
I suspect the microphone, but I have nobody close that I know to test with.
My son doesn't have any walkie-talkies, either.

My dad has a number of "classic" mobile CBs that I should probably consider before buying a new microphone for this clod.

I know where the Classy Chassis is, but I couldn't pull up any info on this CB World from the Yellow pages. Do they have an address or web page or anything?

My dad gave me three old CB radios (circa 1975 and 1978), a firestick-type fiberglass antenna, a pair of circa 1974 walkie-talkies, and use of his SWR meter.
If guess if I can't get mine all tuned up, I'm a real loser!
