what kinda firepower do you take on the trail

Depending on trail ran in new mexico usually just a colt 1911 45acp & p22 walther. Of its a trail I've never been on , colt 45acp, bushmaster m4 5.56, & mossberg 12 guage pump. Got to always be ready for anything. The hills have eyes.

Daisy BF2. Haha it's a slingshot. A rifle or shotgun is one thing but our hand gun laws are strict (Canada). The daisy does the trick on mag pies and pigeons though. Hah and my mud terrains find me lots of ammo.

+1 on the M4 and Mossburg pump. I pack the 500 around in the Jeep often. By the looks of your forum name and location I take it you are used to a larger gun.
