i have a G19 on the hip daily in either a IWB or OWB from Raven Concealment. I have carried a HK USP CT for a short bit..but its bigger than I need and is tougher to conceal in nc summers.

ill have to do a search on jeep gun safe/concealment methods and see what folks are doing.

I have to know... which is standard issue in france? I know the glock 17 is the most used in LE around the world... those two are large guns though... so whats on the hip? the big revolver doesnt look like a backup gun I could hide. lol.

in france the standard is Sig sauer SP2022 but in my service i have a lot other gun:blush:

Sig p238.... hands down, best pocket pistol currently made. Its like a colt mustang, only new and with tritium sights that are actually useful.

Just a hair bigger than the LCP / p3at, only it has an aluminum frame instead of the plastic junk and its a mini-1911 single action instead of the super long sloppy DOA.

Glock 30 w/ Blackhawk Serpa (paddle so I can easily put it on my hip anytime) is my "always in the jeep" weapon. Fits nicely between the seat and shifter.

Glock 26 w/ Blackhawk Serpa for hip, Galco Ankle-Glove for...well, the ankle. Also have a Blackhawk fanny pack. All depends on what I'm wearing as far as what holster I choose.

I'm looking at the Sig 226 blackwater...Waistband carry..I just dont like small guns..

How do you guys in Commifornia even get a CCW...Unless your in LE or Corrections its next to impossible for a Private Citizen to get one.

Depends on where you live in CA and what comes up on your background check. :yup: I'm retired LE.

Thats why I asked...In Riverside county the private Citizen was SOL. I heard San Berdo was alittle easier but not by much...

Here in Utah its a shall issue state..Everyone I know has one.
