I keep a S&W M&P .357 (small J frame - scandium frame and steel cylinder) in the Jeep and wear it at gas stations or anywhere I feel I might need it.
Although I don't "carry" it, this rides within reach in the rear floorboard: Century Arms AK Pistol. I have an FN SLP shotgun for the house, so the AK stays in the Jeep.

More.
AR pistol (behind console): 30 x 2
FiveSeven (glove box): 20 x 2 + 1 in chamber
M&P (center console): 5
Benelli Nova 12 gauge (under rear seat): 4 in mag + 5 on the stock
15 extra 00 buck shells in center console
Only the FiveSeven and M&P are for personal protection in any likely real-world scenario. The rest are for SHTF/bugout/worst case scenario.

You better get ready to bail out of there fast. Unless you guys manage to strike that stupid law down, NY will become like that Chicago shithole really fast. I read there are already a few lawsuits about that. Godspeed!

Insurance. Documented serial numbers. Plus get to pick out a new Jeep. The concern (as with any vehicle containing a firearm) is remembering to never ever leave it unlocked. The AR and shotgun will probably go back in the house once I have a gun safe.

I'm looking into getting a new conceal carry pistol. I've been carrying the RugerLCP but I'm thinking on the Sig P938. Has anyone had one carried one shot one pros and cons. Thanks

I can't say enough about my Lcp. I love carrying it. I have sweated all over it without much cleaning and still looks new. I do not have any first hand experience with the sig. What don't you like about the Lcp?
