I haven't fired one yet, but I'm sure it would. I'd probably fire a lot of 38, and carry .357 but yep I can only imagine you wouldn't want to spend a day at the range with it firing .357 but in a possible shootout situation I'm not going to be thinking comfort.

I have to qualify quarterly with a S&W 340PD, scandium Airweight with the titanium cylinder. Our qual is 50 rounds. The recoil is definitely felt but it is manageable. I'd recommend buying several boxes of .38 Special +P JHP duty loads, like the Speer Gold Dot 23921 135gr loads for short-barreled pistols for carry in the Ruger.

I honesty thought it was a Texas Jeep. In Texas if you have less than 10 guns in your house your considered a Quaker.

I wish i could carry!! I drive truck and go to Illinois and new york state. Blah!!
It would be my M&P shield 9mm, apex tactical trigger kit, crimson trace laser site, extended mag, tritium pro dot sights. I miss carrying every day!!
