Default '76 cj-7

i have an oppurtunity to obtain a neglected cj from my father. its been sitting for 4 yrs. rotting away, its got a 360 under the hood with a 4speed tranny. im wanting to take it and make it into a beast of a crawler. im wanting to swap out the springs for coils, just for starters.
does anyone know if this can be done. im looking to put in at least $15,000 to get this back on the road.
any input will help me.

im also looking to put in an atlas II transfer case, 37" tires, 6" lift, recarro bucket seats ( front and rear ),
line-x throughtout, upgraded brakes, full roll cage, 6-speed tranny, stinger front bumper, and im wanting to customize the dash to accomidate a full din stereo and cb.

If it's the rear your looking for you can get one at just about any junkyard for less than $200. Do the research though, do you want to keep the 5x5.5 lug pattern? If so the 9 inch is probably yur best bet. In my opinion the best bang for yur buck is the chevy 10.5 ff 14 bolt, it's even beefier than a 60.
