Default CJ5 w/ 304 gas problem

My old 72 CJ5 304 has some kind of gas flow problem of some kind. It seems that it doesn't get enough gas to start it when cold. I pretty much have to pour a little gas in the carb for it to start. But when it gets warmed up, I can turn it of and on all the time and it starts fine. Do you think it's a carb, or fuel pump problem?

Check your filter...

Seems to me the gas is draining away from the carb after sitting. Maybe a seal problem in the carb.

Definately not a fuel pump issue.
