Default Feeler thread, selling my JK, Any interest?

Selling my 2008 Rubi JK, rescue green, automatic, hard top only. ~46k miles on it. My transfer case exploded going down I-5, put the fire out, no fire damage. The Jeep is sitting at Northridge4x4 in Silverdale, WA waiting for a brand new replacement rubi xfer case from MOPAR and a new Coast front drive shaft. I'm the third owner and got it in Idaho with 15k miles on it. The 4" lift was done before I had it, as well as the front bumper & winch. Everything else I've put on the Jeep. Blue book states somewhere around $24,000 in "fair" condition. I'm hoping to get something close to that. I've put around $9,000 in it over the last 2 years. Here's the most complete list I can think of at the moment:
-RCV D44 front axles
-5.13 Gears in the Axles, Kits and overhauls from Northridge4x4, front installed by Northridge, rear inspected by them
-Dynatrac Prosteer Ball Joints
-Coast 1310 F&R DS's
-XD Addict 17x9 w/ 35" Toyo MT's (40-50% tread left) Spare tire is a painted AR Mojave 17x8, I still have the rest of the set sitting in the shop, yours if you want them.
-Spydertrax 1.5" wheel spacers (not on at the moment, but I'll throw in)
-AEV Snorkel w/K&N Drop in
-AEV Rear Corners
-JKS Quicker Disco's (yes it also has the rubi buttons, servo motor still works)
-4" Tuff Country fully adjustable suspension lift
-Rough Country 1.25" Body Lift
-Rock Krawler spring wedges
-Teraflex Rear Track Bar bracket
-Muffler delete (I have the muffler in the shop if you want it)
-Custom sub box built into rear seat 2 8" JL's w/Alpine MRP-F550 amp
-PIAA 520's on Rugged Ridge windshield brackets
-PIAA 510's on shrockworks
-MOPAR MyGig navigation unit with Lockpick installed
-4-Hi Locker override switches installed w/lock-out red flip toggles
-35w HID drop in replacement headlights, no flicker
-Warn M8000
-Shrockworks Mid Width front bumper
-Benchmark Designs Rear bumper & tire carrier (tire mounting plate bent, I hit a tree. Catch pin a little loose, hole wallowed out from tree impact)
-Benchmark Designs Oil Pan
-A.C.E. Rock sliders
-Rock Hard license relocation bracket, lighting all wired through swing out tire carrier nicely, won't get caught on anything
-Cobra 29 NWXST CB w/BR-28 antenna. Antenna mounted tapped and sealed to the rear passenger corner (planned on a Gobi rack, any other location would have interfered)
-COGA PA system w/2 50w speakers mounted in the front bumper
-Smittybilt G.E.A.R. tailgate cover, one bag is ripped a little. I'll throw in 2"x30' tow strap and two D-shackles
-HiLift Xtreme 60" mounted to the bumper BRAND NEW never used, replaced my old Smittybilt 48"

Due to the unfortunate T-case incident there may or may not be a "collision report" filed by WA state police. I didn't claim anything with insurance and no other vehicles were involved, it's just what the state trooper said he was entering it as...I'll try to find out more info on what that exactly means. I have all original receipts for work done at shops, primarily Northridge. Jeep/Chrysler have no warranty for the Jeep, I got it used. I have not taken it in for either recall regarding the transmission heat warning lamp, or the brake lines. Brake lines are not an issue, the body lift pulled the fenders off the hardlines. I don't have any current pictures (past February), just ones posted throughout the forum at various stages of my build. It's been a great Jeep but I just can't afford it anymore. If you have any questions ask here or PM me.

Just a further disclaimer, I'm not trying to misrepresent the Jeep. It has been off-roading, regularly, and sometimes hard. There are scratches/dents all over the skid plates. No body damage anywhere beyond a few limb scratches. No cracked windshields, hardtop etc. Everything I've put into the Jeep was done with the purpose of taking it off-road, beating the hell out of it, and bringing it home safe. It's been my daily driver for 30k miles and hasn't had any problems other than the t-case and some inner front axle seals. Ball joints went out, but the Dynatrac's are in- Can't beat them. The only other plans I had for the Jeep were axle armor, a gobi roof rack, 2 sets of PIAA's up top, dual battery tray, an additional rear winch, and 38.5x13.5 Pitbull Maddogs. Up to you to make that happen
