I am letting go of my beloved JK. I need to save some $ on my 100k plus commute daily. So I have decided to let this go and find a beater CJ to wheel on the weekends until I am in a place for another JK.
The Jeep has 28 k miles, 35 x 12.50x 16 hankook dynapro atm tires with only 1k on them ( purchased very recently), RC 2.5 lift, stubby front and rear bumpers, soft top, 6 speed and other goodies.

thats an '11 ?? i thought they didnt change the steering wheel til '12.

what motors in that ?

 

They changed the interior starting with the '11's.

 

Its the 3.8. Its not a bad motor with a six speed and a 2 dr. I had. 4 dr auto. and driving this made me feel like I had a supercharger.

 

Price reduction for quick sale, 21k.

 

Much as I like my JK, if I had a long commute I'd put on a set of street tires and keep driving it. When mine had stock SR-A tires I could get 22-24 mpg on the highway with cruise on. Its true that an econo-box would do better but it wouldn't be a Jeep.

 

Thats not really an option at this point.

 

Will also accept partial trades on a project. I have my eye on a CJ or YJ to turn into a crawler.
