Need more info. Lift, tires, wheels, accidents, mileage, severity of wobble etc.

It is low mileage, 16,000 miles, never wrcked and probably never taken off the pavement.

How bad is the wobble?

I would start with the wheels. Check for damage to tires, missing weights. Then have them re-balanced.

If the wheels and tires are good and balanced, check alignment, check for bent axle, worn/bent steering and suspension components (bushings, tie rods, tie rod ends, steering stabilizer) replace as needed.

If everything is aligned and tight (not worn out) a stock undamaged TJ should be good to go.

Good luck.
