Help 04 Unlimited Auto Tranny
Hi guys have you ever heard of this?
My stock 04s tranny without warning will drop into a lower gear followed by the check engine light. It will not shift back up unless I pull over and turn motor off. So what I am saying is it comes and goes, but when it drops I have to turn engine off. Also the check engine light will go off and stays off until tranny drops again. It has 58000 miles on it. Never towed anything. What gives or where should I start? Just put in new batery and I live in AZ if that matter. Hope someone can save me the time and money and not have to take it to a dealer I don't trust. Thanks Guys
