Default lift help for duaghters TJ for XMAS

Daughter has a new TJ -03 Jeep sport.
31 0.5/15 tires in really good shape. basically stock hardtop and softtop, OEM skids so far.
I want to install a Lift for her as a xmas present. My researched has gone from a BB to a full shock coli lift. Here are some I am looking at... any comments, suggestions would be very help full.. this will be my first lift install..
I want something that will be as good or close to as good or better then the Teraflex lift that I had installed on my JK. 2.5" coil/TF shocks.. 4DR due to added weight.

Full Traction has a 3 inch economy that I could use my JK rubi shocks with by adding BPE to the front... I BELEIVE... question still is will that work.
I don't know anything about Full Traction and still need to read reviews.
Full Traction TJ 3 inch Economy Suspension kit $580

Old Man Emu TJ 1997-06, 2.5 in. Heavy Duty Lift Kit $795

The OME lift is more complete and appears to come with all I would need... hopefully the tranny drop wouldn't be needed for 2.5" This is the most I would want to spend... and is slightly out of my budget but could be doable.

OME has several kits to choice from that would fall in the price range of $730-$810
they come in weighted options... light duty, mid duty and heavy duty..

Then Teraflex has 3" kit w/o shocks that also supplies a Transfer Case Lowering Kit. This kit would also require me to use my JK rubi shocks with the BPE..
TeraFlex 3" Lift Kit without Shocks $593

There are others but some I want to keep away from due to poor reviews and recommendations that they are rough... they are much cheaper.. so I'm guessing get what you pay for.

So where I am running into trouble deciding is due to my lack of experience with suspensions... although I am learning...
TJ's require a Transfer case lowering kit at about 3" of lift..some kits supply it some don't, and although I have read that I could use my JK shocks with BPE is this really a solid idea. I don't want issue on the trail or on the highway.... etc..

sorry for the long winded post... but I could use some nudging on which would be the best way to go.. ideally I would like to stay at the $500 and use my shocks... but will BPE really allow then to work of the TJ.

thanks

I don't know a whole lot about tjs. But I have 2 close friends with tjs and they both run rubicon express. They said the kits are great but the shocks arent the best. They both upgrade shocks after a Month or two.

TeraFlex 3T 3" lift... done.. ordered.
I guess staying with something I know TeraFlex.. OME was the runner up.. I also decided not to mess with trying to put my take offs (shocks + BPE) into a coil lift or BB...
she is also paying for the shocks so my budget stayed in tack.. or close enough
Might be adding other stuff down the line due to going with the 3" lift.... oh well my Jeep fund might be helping her TJ out a little..
