Hope everyone is doing well. I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler strait 6 cylinder. The # 6 piston let go at 125k. Got a jasper motor. then transmission let go at 150k. Had it rebuilt. Then a fuel injector went bad and filled the motor half way with gas. Got that straightened out. All new injectors. Her is my problem. The Jeep runs great for a while but if Running around 65-70 and I need to push on it a little it starts missing and I loose most power and the check engine light starts flashing. It still runs but we all know at this point it’s missing. From what the codes say it’s #1& #2 cylinders. I changed the coil pack. The same thing happened again. The motor only has 25k miles on it and the Jeep has 160k. Any ideas. Once it cools down and sits for a while it’s all back to normal. Check engine light stays on but stops flashing I hate taking it in to a garage for something I can do myself. Signed desperate.
Thanks in advance

My girlfriend as an 04 WJ that I work on constantly. You really went the distance on that thing and too bad since hers only has 109k on it and it's for sale on CL right now. I would have told you to just pick up this one I have it running perfectly except for the upper oil pan gasket leak and rear main seal leak. Thats the next guys job.
I wish I could help more with it but that's a strange issue at only 65-70 mph.
