Im looking to do an engine swap in my 1999 Jeep wrangler TJ. Currently I have a little 4-cylinder and I would like to Upgrade to the Inline Straight 6 and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could buy one and what I would have to do to install it.

I know Quadratec sells them new, just depends on how much you're willing to spend. There isn't a lot of us Tj guys on here, come over to the Wranglerforum. I'm sure you'll get a lot more help there

 

I'd try a parts recycler/junkyard. Or a local napa or auto shop can prolly get one from a remanufacturer like Jasper. You will need the ecu also.

 

I part out wrangler Tjs and yjs
